You can return your goods to us at the following address: Rugby Heaven Returns Unit 12, Court Road Industrial Estate Cwmbran NP443AS Personalized items are non-returnable. Some goods are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights. If a full refund not including the original delivery costs is required, we need to be informed fourteen (14) days after the receipt of the order. The order must be then returned to us within fourteen (14) days after we have been informed of the cancellation.

If a return is payable to you we will process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the original order back to us. The returned goods do not need to be in their original packaging however they need to be in a sellable condition. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

FAULTY GOODS If you wish to return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail. Where a manufacturer’s defect has been established the Consumer Rights Act 2015 states that you're entitled to the following: UP TO 30 DAYS. If your goods are faulty, you can get an immediate refund. UP TO 6 MONTHS. If it can't be repaired or replaced, then you're entitled to a full refund in most cases. UP TO 6 YEARS. If the goods do not last a reasonable length of time you may be entitled to some money back. The refund or reimbursement payable to you, including any reasonable costs, will be transferred using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. If we cannot refund via the original payment then a cheque will be raised to the address on the order. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
